The Organization User form should be submitted only where more than one user is represented from the same organization OR if the payment source is from the organization. You may choose to donate either by Credit Card or E-Check at the bottom of the page.

If you would like to set up a donor account for the first time, please create a login name and password. This will allow you to easily manage your donor information, view donation history, manage recurring donations, etc.
